The Seed Service has been designed by two of the greats of Australian edible gardening, Paul West (River Cottage Australia and ABC TV) and the gardening grand master himself Costa Georgiadis (Gardening Australia). For autumn 2023 we’ll be learning to grow three varieties of heirloom seeds together with Costa as your guide. They include; kale (Black Toscana), rainbow chard and spinach (Bloomsdale) Sign-up by clicking the ADD TO CART button at the bottom of the page. The grow-along experience will culminate with Costa’s grandma’s famous spanakopita recipe. Yes, that’s right together we’ll learn how to grow and make Costa’s family spanakopita. It’s a seed-to-spanakopita adventure and best of all we're going to be growing along together! So join us and learn to grow Costa's spanakopita alongside a community of aspiring backyard, balcony, community garden and window-sill farmers across Australia. I would like to see this available in my community as many in the area grow their own fruit & veggies. Our area comes under the Loddon Shire

I can't believe my suburb is not listed. As a matter of principle all council without exception should be involved and support such initiatives. We need to secure heirloom seeds and have that option to ingest food as intended.

Would love to see this in Wollongong City Council / Berkeley area - there are a lot of poorer communities in the area, and this would encourage community engagement as well as helping less fortunate locals
