Grab this ugly SCOBY and some starter and get making today, and in a few short days have your own kombucha!
The SCOBY is an ugly looking thing but will grow to the size of whatever jar you use. (Some have made them size of dinner plates!) It will also make babies!
Leave it too long and you have your homemade vinegar!
You can also add this to pickling recipes, and fermenting recipes.
For $2 you'll get a small SCOBY cut from mine and a cup of starter.
Be warned: don't put this breathable kombucha near other fermenting products like beer or kefir or they will grow SCOBYS too!
