Description

Rosella is a hibiscus flower native to Asia and Australia. The flower bud, after flowering, will begin to swell until a “fruit” forms. This fruit is harvested once the flower has completely died back and used to make delicious natural syrups and cordials. I prefer to use stevia instead of sugar and the taste, with no sugar whatsoever, is sublime. The plant is grown as an annual in cooler climates and as short-lived perennial in the tropics. Plant once and you will find rosellas pop up again each summer. Plants are still growing and developing seed, so please be patient as I fill each order upon stock availability.
