Join us and our volunteer May for another mediation session in our tranquil community garden.
Enjoy the opportunity to feel the sunshine on your skin, the breeze on your face and become attuned with the sounds of nature.
Take a moment to reduce your stress, enjoy the outdoors and relax your body.
May belongs to the Brahma Kumaris Meditation group and has been practising Raja Yoga Meditation for over 27 years.
When: Thursday 19th May 2022, 1:00pm - 1:45pm
Where: Precinct Community Garden, The Precinct, 112 Coventry Road, Smithfield Plains*
(*weather permitting - if weather is wet we will go indoors into the Art Maker Space - next to the garden)
