A RUN DOWN OF THE OPEN DAY 9:00am - Welcome! Get your Morning Coffee from Burpengary’s own Chilli Coffee Australia - they'll be here onsite!! Stroll around Basilea Farm, choosing your favourite herbs and edible flower seedlings. Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Basilea Living Herbs and Edible Flowers. Wander through a peri-urban farm in the heart of the City of Moreton Bay, where the essence of local flavour blooms. Native Bee display, Market stalls with beautiful handmade crafts and preserves from local makers including, along with living soil, composts and plant food available for purchase. 9.30am & 11:30am - Meet the Grower and Business Owner Sarah Heath at the workshop courtyard. When you are ready, make your final purchase at the cashier at the top, and make a date for lunch at Cafe Project Salubrious just down the road. Using locally grown produce (including our micro-greens & edible flowers!), their menu is 'drool-worthy!' 1pm - Closed for the day. See you at next Open Farm - 3rd Saturday of each month!
